My Pro subscription isn’t unlocking. Open the app, go to More → Restore Purchases. If it still shows Free, make sure you’re signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription? On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ClogBook Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. Pro users can also tap Manage in the app’s More tab.
My hiscores / player lookup shows wrong or missing data. ClogBook reads the official OSRS Hiscores. If a stat looks off, pull to refresh. Hiscores only lists ranked players and updates on Jagex’s schedule, not ours.
Grand Exchange prices look stale. GE prices come from the community-run OSRS Wiki real-time prices API. Pull to refresh to fetch the latest.
My goals, checklists, or watchlist disappeared. Data is stored on-device and synced via your iCloud account. Make sure iCloud is enabled and you’re signed into the same Apple Account across devices. You can also back up manually via More → Export (Pro).
